Martini

Do we even have to explain? It’s a Lifted Spirits martini– of course it’s made with gin.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bold Gin

• ¾ oz dry vermouth (we like C. Comoz)

• 2 dashes of orange bitters

Directions

1. Combine in mixing tin with ice and stir

2. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist
