1 oz Giffard Pamplemousse
¾ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
2 dashes Peychauds Bitters
Soda water
Grapefruit slice
DIRECTIONS
Build in collins glass over ice
Top with Soda
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
